Your basic Iris analysis includes a minimum of a 1 page report of health findings and holisitic wellness recommendations
Iridology is the study of the pigmentation and structure of the iris, pupil and sclera of the eye. Each iris contains over 25,000 nerve endings bordering the pupil connecting directly through the optic nerve which is a bundle of over a million nerves that go to the brain and spinal cord and out to all of the organs and glands of the body. This connection enables us to see the state of body reflected in the eye.
Through iris analysis, we can determine organ, gland and tissue weaknesses and strengths. The iris acts as your body’s blueprint. By understanding the information coded in the eye, you can access an empowering road map that will enable you to take steps towards proactive and preventative care, address current manifestations and achieve real, long lasting, optimal health.
"The iris is an extension of the brain, being incredibly endowed with hundreds of thousands of nerve endings, microscopic blood vessels, muscle and other tissues. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue in the body by way of the brain and nervous system. In this way, nature has provided us with an miniature television screen showing us the most remote portions of the body by way of nerve reflex responses. Not only do the eyes allow us to bring images of the outside world within, it also shows images of what is within to the outside."
- Dr. Bernard Jensen
“This is one of nature’s greatest, and at present, only soft tissue analysis. It will give you a road map of your strength and weaknesses. It will also show your congestive (lymphatic) and chemical accumulations. This is invaluable in helping to address your glandular or organ weaknesses.”
– Dr. Robert Morse, N.D.
An iris analysis session consists of photographing both of the eyes and analyzing the delicate structures of the iris to locate inflammation in the body and determine how it is manifesting. Nerve fibers in the iris will change colour and shape to reflect the health of the body indicating areas of illness, injury, levels of toxic accumulations and where it is located and what stage it has reached - acute, subacute, chronic or degenerative.
